Yoga

The origins of yoga can be found among the first peoples of South America, Africa, Mesopotamia and Asia, although it is commonly associated with India.

Yoga is an art of living, a discipline that combines the physical, mental and spiritual bodies. Far from being elitist, this practice adapts to all regardless of age or physical condition.

The yoga offered is based on Ashtangar and Iyangar yoga, traditional forms of yoga that respect a well-aligned posture, associated with deep breathing, as well as on Vinyasa that synchronizes movement and breathing.

Yoga is therapeutic, it relieves and corrects body aches, clears stress, helps focus and brings a complete, grounded and connected well being.

One finds a tonus, the vital energy is stimulated and the breathing becomes conscious. As a result, emotions are more manageable and decisions are made more fluidly.

Yoga connects us to ourselves, to others, to nature, to the world.

I like to transmit this discipline which is close to my heart and help you to install it in your lives in all autonomy.
